Collagan Jellies, Anti-Wrinkle, Digestive Health, Joint Health

Joint pain, bad back, irritable bowel, gut inflammation, arthritis, brittle nails and hair all of these can be greatly improved with changing to a whole food diet which includes gelatine.
Gelatine was often consumed by our ancestor in bone broths, soups and stews which were a dietary stable in days gone by. This wonderful superfood contains collagen which is the most abundant protein in our body.
It makes up muscles, skin, hair, bone, digestive tract, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels. Collegan makes these parts of our body strong and elastic yet in modern times we have for many unknowingly removed this super food from our diets.
Through modern living with high sugar, low fiber, excessive sun exposure, low intake of collegan rich foods all lead to collegan deficiency. This then contributes to joint pain, leaky blood vessels, wrinkles, weak brittle hair and nails, thin skin, leaky gut and the list goes on.
Lately I have been making jellies from my fresh morning juice of mainly carrots, apple and homegrown celery. These are sooo delicious and the kids will love them in their lunch boxes. Great for the elderly, a partner with back pain and for an anti-wrinkle treatment that cost this much $ rather than $$$$$$$ this much.
I use Great Lakes Gelatine as this is high-quality gelatine of the correct type available at IE Produce www.ieproduce.com in Auckland or http://www.healthpost.co.nz/great-lakes-gelatin-unflavoured-gelatin-collagen-joint-care-gtug.html available from health post in New Zealand or simple google for your local stockist. This makes up a heap of jellies.
